Some of the forms below may be required for processing your shipment as per customs regulatory requirements. If you are not sure of what forms you need, please contact your logistics account executive.
- Shipping Inventory ListHousehold items that are shipped overseas must be listed on an Inventory List. This list should be available by the pickup day.
- Insurance Valued Inventory ListWhen selecting the All Risk insurance option, you must list each item you wish to insure so the replacement value can be declared.
- Shipper’s Power of AttorneyWhen selecting the All Risk insurance option, you must list each item you wish to insure so the replacement value can be declared.
- Commercial InvoiceThe commercial invoice functions as a bill of sale between the seller and buyer. One original and two copies are required for all international non-document shipments. This form is mandatory for commercial shipments.
- Vehicle Export Documentation This form is required if you are loading a motor vehicle into your container. It must be filled out and faxed to us by the shipment’s cutoff date to avoid delays.
- Vehicle Non-Hazardous DeclarationThis form is required if you are loading a motor vehicle into your container. It must be filled out and faxed to us by the shipment’s cutoff date to avoid delays.
- Vehicle Port Drop off Dock ReceiptThis form is required for the port entry when delivering your vehicle to the port. Please print and complete three (3) copies.
- Hazardous DeclarationThis form is required for any shipments containing hazardous material. Please submit completed form prior to booking.
- Vehicle Loading InstructionsInstructions on how to load your vehicle onto a shipping container.
