    If you don’t have a full destination address, that’s OK. To make reservation, we only need origin information and the city and the country you are shipping to. We can start the shipping process and you can provide us with the exact destination address as soon as you have it. We also will guide you through the required shipping documentation, customs regulations requirements, taxes and duties, and provide you with more helpful information for each destination.

    There are a few shipping type options for you to choose from, including door-to-door, door-to-port, port-to-door and port-to-port. Each type requires a different amount of work for both you and the shipping company. If you are looking for a cost-effective solution, you may want to consider door-to-port or port-to-port services.

    Depending on your budget, there are a few types of packing/unpacking services available for you to consider. Full service shipping includes the supply of all boxes, packing and loading at origin, and unloading and unpacking at destination. With partial service, you are responsible to pack all the boxes and we’ll do the rest. If you are looking to save extra money, you save as much as 50% on your shipping costs if you choose the our Do It Yourself service.

We offer three types of insurance coverage options: all risk, total loss and vehicle insurance.
