Supplies Delivery Information: Place your order by 4pm EST on weekdays and we will ship it the SAME day. Please take note that we ship from multiple distribution centers depending on location and product availability. Be sure to view the corresponding UPS map for delivery times and note that orders may be split and shipped accordingly. Call us to confirm the delivery date of extremely time sensitive orders.
Supplies Delivery Coverage: At this time we deliver within the contiguous 48 states only. Delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are not available. Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted. Orders are shipped and delivered on Mondays through Fridays.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns must be made complete, no partials. It’s simple. Use the carrier of your choice to return the product to the origin warehouse along with your order number all in which are on the original shipping label delivered to you along with the supplies. Upon receipt of your return, your account will be refunded accordingly.
