When you plan your international shipping to Sudan, the following documents are required for customs clearance:

  • Inventory, endorsed by Sudanese Embassy at origin
  • Import License or M.F.A. (for diplomatic shipments)
  • Letter from Customer authorizing Destination Agent to clear shipment

When shipping goods overseas to Sudan, the following items customs guidelines will need to be met:

  • All shipments 100% inspected
  • Shipment by air recommended to reduce loss and damage

When shipping goods overseas to Sudan, The following items are dutiable and/or restricted:

  • New items and electrical equipment dutiable

When shipping goods overseas to Sudan, the following items are prohibited, but not limited to,  from entry into the country:

  • Alcohol, pornographic materials
  • Drugs, weapons
  • Living plants
  • ALL PRINTED MATTER, RECORDS, FILMS, TAPES, SLIDES, MOVIES, VIDEOS, COMPACT DISCS, COMPUTER SOFTWARE, ETC. SUBJECT TO CENSORSHIP AND CONFISCATION (MUST BE PACKED SEPARATELY FOR EASY ACCESS)

When shipping Motor Vehicles overseas to Sudan, the following documents and regulations will apply:

  • Importation of cars highly taxed
