- Inventory, endorsed by Sudanese Embassy at origin
- Import License or M.F.A. (for diplomatic shipments)
- Letter from Customer authorizing Destination Agent to clear shipment

When shipping Motor Vehicles overseas to Sudan, the following documents and regulations will apply:
- Importation of cars highly taxed
