- “Attestation Reservation de cale”
- Employment letter from company
- Detailed valued inventory in French, signed and dated by the customer
When shipping goods overseas to the Congo, The following items customs guidelines will need to be met:
- Used household goods in reasonable quantities for personal use may be duty-free
- All shipments physically inspected
When shipping goods overseas to the Congo, The following items are dutiable and/or restricted:
- Electrical items and furniture must be more than six months old, otherwise they are subject to customs duties and taxes
- Invoices required
- Home computers are not accepted as personal effects and will be subject to customs duties and taxes

- Weapons and ammunition
- Plants
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited and should be sent separately
- All food products unless canned
- Non-compliance results in heavy penalties and possible confiscation of shipment
