* Cape Verdian working contract in Portuguese
* Letter from the employer specifying the date of arrival with the reason for entry in Cape Verde

* Copy of passport with the visa of entry
* Protocol of exemption from customs duties
* Duty free for only personal effects if importing occurs less than 6 months after the
initial arrival in Cape Verde.
* Duty free during the whole period spent in Cape Verde
